Born in 3282 on Capitol, Alexander is the youngest son of an minor noble, his father, a Baron, maintains a small estate on Capitol. Virtually all of the family's inheritance will go to his older siblings, and when old enough he signed on to the Pilot's Federation training in and out of the cockpit until receiving Commander certification at age 20 in 3302, earning the callsign "Nix" along the way.

After returning to Imperial space, he founded the Emeraldine Cubeo Cargo Service alongside his best friend, CMDR Leon Genesis. While remaining the Chief Operating Officer, much of the day to day running of the Service his handed by Leon, now CAG.

The Heavy Cruiser Castor serves as his home port and mobile base for the Service.
