Marthus Eduardo Aquila was born in 3277 AD to Bartholomew Aquila (3245 - 3283) and Camille Eduardo (3250 - 3292). He is a skillful combat pilot dedicated to maintain the peace and the independent miners safety in the Sirsir system since 3306, after rising through the ranks of the Federal Navy. His Fleet Carrier, the "Thunderous Eve" can be found where he is performing security duties himself for independent miners, when not on a private journey.

Bartholomew Aquila was a self-made man who worked for notorious mining corporations until he had a chance to get his Pilots Federation License at the age of 22. He then started his solo mining venture when he had enough to buy his own ship and, after a few years of unparalleled financial successes and ship upgrades, met his would-be wife Camille Eduardo in 3272 which he married in April 24th, 3275 just above the rings of Sirsir 11. Camille was working at the market at Mitchell Hangar at the time, a job she quickly abandoned to provide much needed moral and logistic support to his husband's one-man business.

They had their only son, Marthus 2 years after. In 3281, Bartholomew and Camille led a short-lived revolt against exclusive mining rights of Sirsir 1 to 6 that were given to major mining corporations (Sirsir Industries), when they took over the government. This drove independent miners out to the deeper ringed planets of the system. Sirsir Industries also provided guaranteed policing and security forces over the rings they were exploiting, which not only drove the pirates away but also required the security forces to focus on those planets only.

When Marthus was 6 years old, Bartholomew went missing. Analysis from a private data beacon in space debris, discovered near Sirsir 11 in 3291 shows that Bartholomew's ship, "The Adamant" was destroyed in a pirate attack, the same rings he married Camille 7 years before. Camille pleaded for search and rescue patrols to be sent but her requests went ignored as Sirsir Industries were keeping the security forces focused in he rings they were exploiting. She soldiered on and raised Marthus after getting her old job at the market back but ended up taking her own life a year after learning the truth about her husband's murder, in 3292.

Marthus was 15 years old when he was orphaned. He held on his dad's belongings and worked as a ground miner for Sirsir Industries until he received an invitation from the Pilots Federation in 3295. After getting his Pilots Federation License, he climbed through the ranks of the Federal Navy and became a skillful combat pilot. He returned to his home system in 3306 to get rid of the mercantile reasons that led to his father's death.

Backed by Federal interests, Sirsir Co took over and reinstated civil liberty on all the planets in the system. Marthus's fleet carrier, "Thunderous Eve", can be found surrounding the planets where pirate activity is at its worst. Independent miners have reported several encounters of "multiple pirates being quickly eliminated by a gold Federal Corvette armed with sun-glowing beam lasers", as Marthus has only been seen flying a Dolphin to and from Mitchell Hangar.
