Four days removed from the apparent Thargoid encounter, Commander K-Jan Itor returned to inhabited space after vanishing during a simple expedition to the California Nebula some two months prior. Once an upstanding member of the Federation, Commander Itor has become a paranoid conpsiracy theorist who refuses to remove his helmet so that "they can't teleport my brain to Beagle Point".

Despite his wild card status, Commander Itor remains a competent smuggler during brief moments of lucidity. Still, he is not to be trusted and avoidance is suggested in all encounters with Commander Itor.
