Frynge is CEO of GridJumper Industries, headquartered in the Dao Tiensi system. His career started with bounty hunting, and ended up with him as the head of his own corporation, providing protection, training, and technology to up and coming commanders. Word has it that the company might not be entirely legal or ethical.

Frynge is also obsessed with the legend of Raxxla, occasionally taking breaks from his duties and setting out into the black to parts unknown on his hunt. Rumour has it that this began after finding an abandoned ship packed with exotic technology. How true this is... is a hotly debated topic. The fellow will neither confirm nor deny this saying "It is silly to concern yourself with such things." Needless to say, it does not make him less controversial in a galaxy filled with mysteries and conspiracies.
