CMDR Shonnin Kuroji is an independent pilot who claims no allegiance to any particular power or government. He enjoys exploring the galaxy on his own terms and finances his activities by taking on the occasional contract with any party willing to pay, provided the service does not conflict with Shonnin's moral code or likely to result in conflict (e.g. bounties) from system governments. Shonnin does not participate in slavery, piracy or theft, and does not attack other parties unprovoked, but will defend himself from aggressors.

IRL Note: Shonnin Kuroji believes in and practices the ideals put forth by the Mobius Player Group, of not interfering with or otherwise ruining other player's gameplay. Therefore while Shonnin is happy to participate properly roleplayed PVP, he is not a fan of ganks, scams or other forms of toxic online behavior.
