Commander Halofeuer aka Jasmin is the Captain of the YKE Methone (T8N-7XQ) and a Director of the Expedition Sector of the Independent Corporation YKE Technologies. She was born in Wolf 562 at Hopkins Port. She was already fascinated with Space and Science at a very young age. After getting her Degree in Astrophysics and Astronomy in Inara, she got her Pilots License in 3308. At first she was Courier and a Trader when she decided to return to her Home System. There she bought her Diamondback Explorer the Avery.

After she heard of the message, that the Kingifisher went siltent, she went immidietaly there and found as the first person the destroyed Kingfisher, but she was not the first one in the system. The AX People where out there and put up a fight with the Thargoids. She was devasted by the hostility by the Pilots and the call for blood. After it was clear, in which system the Stargoid is Heading, she immidiately went there. It was her first real Thargoid encounter and she survived it only close.

After the war official started she joined YKE Tech to be part of the Xeno-Peace Movement.
