Going only by his nickname from his days working for the Federal Navy, CMDR duck0 (the 0 is silent, he insists) is a quiet but cheerful sort; true to his heritage in the Lavean Fennoscandic community.

Little is known of his backstory, but a peculiar feature of this commander is a story he has been on record to tell about his disgust from the Federal Navy asking him to murder civilians causing him to go on a singleship sabattical into the deep black, pledging never to kill again. On his return, he was awarded Elite status by the Pilots Federation for his discoveries during the trip.
