Galia Tsai was born in the slum of Sharp Prospect on the planet Mizete 4, system Mizete. She was raised in a poor family. Her father worked as a longshoreman in Sharp's port, and her mother was an owner of a small tea shop. At an early age, Galia showed good talents in dancing. She learned choreos of many galaxy pop (g-pop) hits. During school times, she started dreaming about becoming a member of g-pop girl group. However, a father started misuse Onionhead Gamma Strain and became an addict. He lost his job and spent all the family money on onionheads.

Galia was fired from her pre-debut girl group because she was not able to pay for learning choreography, singing, and music. She started missing school lessons. At 17 years old she barely passed the final exams. After that, an old family friend offered Galia a job as a mechanic assistant at Sharp's shipyard. That turned into a girl's obsession. Galia was like a hungry cat, she wanted to know every detail of the ship. She dreamed to have own spaceship, leaving Sharp Prospect, and never going back there.

On the sidelines of Sharp's repair docks, people gave Galia the nickname Salty Sugar. Sugar - because she was pretty and Salty - because she was never afraid to say the truth just in front of people's faces, whatever their wealth or social status.

Three years later there was a client - the owner of Sidewinder who asked Galia's boss to repair the ship's power plant. The mechanic fully trusted his assistant, so he gave her ship security codes and set a deadline of two weeks. However, when it came time to bring the ship back, the mechanic did not find Galia nor Sidewinder in the repair hangar.

Since then nobody saw her in Sharp's prospect anymore. Some people said they saw a similar woman in Crowley Terminal importing silver. Others told that she became a soldier of fortune who works for private corporations in No Kono. However, nobody could prove their own words and, in general, not be sure if she was alive.
