Having left SOL, Tec's parents headed to the closes star system with civilization, SIRIUS. After years of grueling mission running they saved enough to send their son to the Commander Academy where he graduated with honors. Since his education, Tec went his own way earning a small fortune as a transport Captain for the Sirus Corporation. Once he was well established, Tec enlisted to the Federation and worked his way up to Rear Admiral. He butted heads with the Federation leadership and deserted the Fed as soon as he was able to procure a Federal Corvette, the ship which would inevitably lead him to financial ruin.

Strapped for credits after attempting to outfit his new ship and full of questions regarding the private sector, Tec was forced to join the Nova Navy squadron. What began as a way to inject some cash into his balance, became the best decision of Tec's career. He quickly became a formidable AX pilot and a dedicated member of the Squadron.
