Born to imperial lesser nobility, young Hogg was known as a libertine wastrel. As he reduced his family fortune he found himself in something of a pickle. There was not nearly enough left for his extravagant lifestyle. This prompted a large expenditure of the last of his inheritance on the acquisition of a sidewinder and bribes to acquire a pilot’s permit.

At first he fell in with slavers, dealing in imperial and other types of human cargo. Finding the margins too thin, he turned to smuggling. Still finding the task not fulfilling he used his cash and bought a new ship. He bought a hauler and stripped it down to nothing more than the barest of bolts to maximize jump distance. It was time to explore the stars.

After a very long odyssey in the black, he returned a pathfinder in the eyes of the pilots federation. During his travels he came to find himself somewhat changed, filled with some new martial zeal he began to test his mettle in combat.

He grew into a life of drifting around his old home systems and fell into a routine. This was broken one day by a pirate from CODE. Suddenly he found a burning desire to abandon his previous pursuits. Gallant piracy was all that held any luster to him.

A few hauls of low temperature diamonds later, he had quite the stack of cash. He took a six year hiatus on a planet he discovered during his years of exploration, with a hold full of the finest things he could stuff in his clipper. But eventually he gre bored of his paradise. There was only one answer.

Back to the stars! Pledged to Archon DeLaine and rolling with the Kumo Crew Hogg seeks to make his name infamous amongst the stars. His gentleman’s code is thus:

No compliant trader shall be harmed
Cargo forfeiture is valid for one whole day, you shan’t be robbed again
I fire to maim not kill, I want your cargo not your life
When outgunned, it’s time to run
Always treat the prey with dignity befitting a gentleman.

If you see the Antelope or Spilled Salt be wary! This pirate will make a move for your loot!
