Krona Midaeus, Commander Proasek, is an imperial citizen heralding from the Carthage system. Early on they considered a navy career, however quickly became disillusioned by the factionalism present amongst several prominent leaders within the Empire. They also felt their inquisitive nature was not being put to good use within the empire, and so for a while after attaining their Pilot's Federation licence they flew independently, even gaining some repute by publishing research through Canonn Sciences. However as political turmoil again rose within the galaxy in 3310 they petitioned the Emperor to found the small office Quaestorum Notii, the 'seekers of information', which they now lead.

As its leader, their duties include ordering surveys, managing investigation requests, and managing the use of its sole current flagship, the IFS Hagemon. They still make time to perform research when they can, ever hoping to help further the pursuit of information.
