The daughter of an Imperial governor in a backwater system, a local Federation faction ousted the Imperial authorities from power in a brutal civil war when she was 16. After the war, many in her family were imprisoned and send to local gulags. Lucy managed to escape this fate however, but this experience scarred her for life.

Having lost everything, Lucy entered the lottery to become a pilot licensed by the Pilot's Federation, which is how she obtained a pilot's license.

Fiercely loyal to the Empire, while despising the Federation for what it has done to her family, she's looking for revenge.
