Ever since working with the Pilot's Federation on 3300, Mr. Rayleigh has become quite interested in affairs such as space exploration, regarding groups such as The Forge and Ghost Legion, specifically.

Zeph firstly joined the Ghosts in their former name called Ghost Squadron on 3301, March 23rd. GS was founded under the principles of the light bringing bounty hunters against piracy and murder. Until then with the Year of the Ghost, GS brached out in 3 distinct divisions. Grim Reaper, Spectres and Raven, corresponding to Combat, Trade and Exploration.

Since then, Zeph and the Ghosts grew more and more and in between 3302, 3303 and 04, there were periods of time that he joined groups like The Forge, Paladin Consortium and also created a peace connecting project for likeminded Justicar Squadrons, known as Shadow Network.

As time passed with good and bad moments alongside his journey he eventually joined the recently named Ghost Legion, a more advanced and organized GS.

Months after, he got promoted to the Division he created in the first place, Raven.
