It isnt the same. Not anymore anyway. Never more than a few systems apart for the longest time, two peas in a pod. I've tried to "get back out there" and find someone new. But what's the use? No one will ever compare. I was never as happy as I was when we were together, felt unstoppable. We took on everything together, everything and won too. Money was never an issue cuz our jobs paid so well and we got to work together alot of the time too so that worked out great for us. Always knew I was coming home to a happy home and no matter what came our way I knew we would find our way through it.
I'm pretty much lost to the void of being alone now and theres no much use in complaining about it. I have all the memories, sure, all the photos and videos we took together. That's all I have left amongst this darkness. Alone in my floating home, rewatching videos of the good times we had together. I'm glad I have them.
Maybe happiness will come my way again, who knows. Rest In Peace Omar.
