Lyria Eardley is a specialist agent of Spearhead Charter, and High Lord of the Vestige after her father's murder at the hands of the recently revealed organisation known as "Xeria's Wrath". Rumour has it that she may be the secretive Vanguard, a figure linked to actions against Aegis and The Club, considered by some a terrorist and by others a rallying point.

Lyria uses her expertise in combat to lead others into battle. She has taken countless lives; an expert assassin, Lyria sees the loss of one life, when paving the way to a better future for many, a simple sacrifice. The legality of her actions is often ignored, placing her questionable morals above the law. A practiced Thargoid hunter, she regrets the need to murder such beautiful creatures but justifies it by those saved through her actions.

She is a hardened, intelligent fighter, who grew up a slave from the age of 10 until adulthood, and will do anything to protect humanity and bring freedom to her people.
