Jubai Bek is a Marsborne civilian in the SoL system. As a man from the colonies, he was swiftly imbued with a gruff no-nonsensical personality given the hardships of poverty and the exploitative nature of the corporations. His enrollment into the Federation Navy was a method of escaping the turmoil of a civilian life, trading in his freedom for a more meaningful, constructive life.

After several tours, he retired from the Federation Navy to pursue his personal interests. With the experience he accumulated as a Navy pilot, he acts in the Federation interests throughout civilized galaxy.
