CMDR Shiloh Mae has a past full of criminal activity buts it’s all she knew. People like to judge but they didn’t grow up in the Pegasi sector during the gang wars. Nowadays CMDR Shiloh Mae resides in Marici working closely with The 46th and 2nd Galactic Regiment. She used to run Black Sheep Company a group with a criminal history who eventually became law abiding imperial military contractors. Black Sheep Company utilized Black Sheep Security Services to root out crime and protect Imperial citizens. They possessed a unique knowledge on the criminal underground due to their criminal history this made them extremely efficient at what they do. The local population, fans, and would be victims took to calling the B.S.S.S Kamadhenu’s Finest. Shiloh on several occasions was referred to as Kamadhenu’s Warrior. Black Sheep Company also utilized modified Type 9’s called Super Heavies they carry many tons of cargo and are also armed to the teeth. Utilizing Super Heavies B.S.C used to fortify Lavigny-Duval’s territory weekly against enemy super powers. B.S.C & The B.S.S.S are fiercely loyal to Arissa Lavigny-Duval. Don’t let anyone tell you differently. The loyalty that was given to The True Queen by the Commander earned her the nickname The Queen’s Guard Dog (An insult from criminal factions within the Empire) however Shiloh Mae adopted the nickname with pride. In an interview she once stated: “Arissa Lavigny-Duval has given me this second chance. She changed my life and helped me to turn it around I was in a very bad way. I didn’t know any better. I owe her everything. I will always stand by the one true Queen of the Empire. Black Sheep Company and the B.S.S.S are at the full disposal of the Queen, her Shields of Justice, & the Imperial Navy. We stand ready to serve.”

  After Shiloh Mae stepped down as CEO of Black Sheep Company and her role in leading the B.S.S.S. She chose to work with the 46th and 2nd Galactic Regiment to help them in their war against an old enemy. She worked side by side with 46n2’s allies LSR and SMAC during the war to take Saunders Dive from Exo in January of 3306. The war continues at the time of this writing. 46n2 currently have her stationed in Marici ready for attack & defense. The commander is known as Wolf’s Most Wanted amongst the Coalition and anyone who’s keeping tabs on the war. The title gained traction after amassing a 1 Billion + Bounty in Exo territory. When she isn’t on the frontlines or patrolling control systems you can find her participating in the training of Marician Lazer Cops. Shiloh also runs the very successful Emergency Rescue Services division within 46n2. The Marician Black Lung Mining Company also finds use for as well the Exploration Division aka Pandorum Pilots.

  She was was born in 3279 in the Patocuda system. A backwater shit hole. Shiloh’s colony consisted of many Kumo Crew members who at the time were still fighting for control of the Pegasi Sector. Her future was inevitable. Pirates and gang members alike got food, clothes, and sometimes even a cot, best of all nobody fucked with you.. if they did it ended in bloodshed. For a young female growing up in Patocuda life couldn’t have been easy. She had no family. Street smarts kept her alive at the time. I’ve done some digging for my employer but not much is known about her time in Patocuda the only thing I could dig up was that there was an incident that involved the young Shiloh and a rival gang member a fight ensued and he was killed. Let’s be real it was probably over petty resources or base instinct: sex. She’s probably lucky she jumped on the Kumo Crew band wagon at the time. She could have ended up a slave, an addict, or both in some sketchy illegal brothel. While she wasn’t Kumo yet she fiercely supported them and looked up to Archon. She had read and watched many things about the strong willed man and how he was shaping the Pegasi Sector. She wanted to be like him. Nobody messed with Archon. When they did he had them killed. He was a king. The pirate king. That was the beginning of the infamous Shiloh Mae. They say this all happened sometime around 3294. A member of the Kumo took her to Harma where she would be safe from possible revenge and she could begin working within the Pirate Crew.

  Sometime around 3295 she became an official Kumo Crew member. At the age of 16 Shiloh met Archon he was 46 years old and took a quick liking to her. Some say they had a father-daughter relationship others said it was his way of manipulating his younger crew. Not much is said about Shiloh’s parents but one can only guess she had nobody. She dodges any questions on the subject. He had her trained in hand to hand, small arms, & naval combat. While she excelled in naval combat she grew fond of weapons very quickly specifically long range rifles and their stealth capabilities. Later in life she would become quite the skilled marksman. By 3296 she was involved in several naval battles that were key to locking down the Pegasi sector and putting Kumo at the top. Kumo Crew gave Shiloh her very own wing. They referred to it as Alpha. There was always a young boy named Bread who would wait for her return from battle. Always asking for new stories. Sometimes a real pest. She cared for him though. He often asked when he could join her and she continued to tell the boy no. In 3299 Shiloh gave into the boys whims and ok’d his training. Bread at the age of 14 underwent the same training Shiloh had undergone. He wasn’t just going to be some random kumo pirate. He was going to join her Alpha Wing where she could personally see to the boys safety. The pair would go on to win strategic naval battles for the Kumo Crew with the help of their fellow pilots from Alpha Wing. The gang wars would have its toll on the members of the Kumo black ops wing.

  In 3301 Kumo Crew had defeated all rival gangs in the Pegasi Sector and become one of the most influential criminal syndicates in the galaxy. Shiloh would stay in the Pegasi Sector enforcing Archons will throughout the sector and spreading his influence deeper into the bubble with few surviving members of Alpha Wing. During that time she dropped off the radar but her actions and victories spread throughout the bubble. Some say the losses she took as a leader wore heavily on her conscious. Alpha Wing had been involved in some of the nastiest fighting the gang wars had to offer and it was Alpha that had been involved in a mass slaughter of civilians unbeknownst to them. This incident is thought to have happened. There is no proof. Any proof if there was any has been wiped away. But if you look closely at the facts the story starts to come together. When the information on the bombing of the outpost in 3300 leaked what was left of the Kumo clandestine wing disappeared. It’s highly theorized that Archon ordered their killings to keep the outpost bombing under wraps. Under wraps it stayed. No one knows about this battle. No one speaks about it. Only two pilots that participated are still alive to even confirm the battle was in fact real and they avoid any questioning on the subject. If the bombing did happen and it was covered up it was done so to keep the Federation, Empire, or even GalCop from coming down on Kumo hard.

  During this time apart from Kumo Crew, running from her past, the Commander took her skills and got an official pilot license from Pilots Federation. After she was official she sold her skills to the highest bidder. She would Be immersed in culture and ways she had never experienced. She fought in many wars quickly climbing the ranks all the way to the top in the Federal Navy Reserve but She didn’t like the way the Feds handled things. She switched sides when the Imperial Navy found out she was a skilled killing machine for hire. This is where she would gain access to her infamous clipper that would go on to be used in countless crimes and assassinations that would catapult her name to the top of the most wanted list. However it was here that the Imperial Navy would also plant its doubts in the Commander that there was more to life than Kumo and crime. It would have been somewhere around this time Shiloh earned the nickname the Butcher of Lidpar. Reports were coming out of Lidpar for weeks about the slaughter. These days she denies any involvement in the Lidpar slaughter.

  Around 3303 Shiloh resurfaced in a well known criminal organization where she pulled strings to get an old partner from the gang wars inside the faction with her. They conspired to destroy the faction from within doing the galaxy a favor and created Black Sheep Gang. Together CMDR Left4Bread and Shiloh committed countless acts of terrorism throughout the galaxy still talked about to this day. They dismantled the faction through making their false flag ops, political hits, Fuel rat assassinations, and the bombing of Fuelum public. The animosity toward said faction grew until it was too much. Black Sheep Gang had accomplished what no other faction could. They alone put an end to the criminal faction. In 3305 Shiloh & Bread would tie more loose ends. They traveled to Kornbluth Port on a hijacked ship, infiltrated the station, and assassinated an old wing leader.

  Shiloh and Bread would make Black Sheep Gang official in 3304. The seeds the Imperial Navy planted began to take hold. Shiloh yearned for away out of the criminal underbelly. In 3305 she would get a chance to change the path of Black Sheep Gang forever. The politics of human inhabited space began changing. New groups that wanted to be like criminals of legend began to rise up from the muck. Shiloh thought these pilots half rate, wannabes, random edge lords trying to make a name for themself. The lowest of the low. They made the old guard look just as pathetic as they continued to slowly expand giving all criminals a bad name. Black Sheep Gang has decided enough was enough. They laid their arms down against common pilots just trying to get by and put their sights on criminal groups. Black Sheep were very successful in fighting these groups. In order to further damage them Shiloh & Bread founded the Black Sheep Academy where all pilots could learn skills to turn themselves into deadly adversaries for the criminal groups. BSA received so many military contracts that they decided to create Black Sheep Company. A private military contractor that utilizes the Black Sheep Security Services (B.S.S.S) ensure their clients safety and superiority.

  Black Sheep Company also has rehabilitation services for child soldiers & young criminals alike. The founders themselves were child soldiers during the gang wars in the Pegasi Sector. They understand too well what can become of these young souls. They train them up to go back into society as a law abiding civilian, join the imperial navy, or in some more serious circumstances take them into the B.S.S.S where they are accepted and given a second chance.
