Born in the system of Kupanw under the Federation's Felicia Winters. Growing up in the high tech economy driven system meant the rich grew richer and the poor grew poorer. Noxx unfortunately was on the poor end of that spectrum....

Noxx grew up as an orphaned child in the star port of Hume Port in the system living in the bowels and scavenging every day for his meals and shelter. Every day was a fight for his life until he met his future mentor and overseer Runa Vicentia. Runa taught him how to defend his self, how to find work in the criminal underworld and honed his skills until he became a skilled assassin. As the years went by his body count grew higher and his skills sharpened, there wasn't any ship or foe that couldn't be slain by him. He was picked up by the criminal organization Time of Chaos based out of Vesuvit whose focus was distilling mass chaos, pirating, and murder. In this squadron the more advanced pilots took Noxx under their wing and groomed him into the most lethal of killing machines and placed him into the helm of an FDL he affectionately named Crimson Plague.

3 years go by under the helm of TOC and he has killed countless and stolen thousands of tons of goods. But as the years tick on he feels as if his life has become stale and without meaning and descends into the void and disappears from the bubble for almost a year while he discovers himself.... but after 1 year in hiding a squadron by the name of LEGIO CUSTODES at the helm of a CMDR named Wolthbrook finds Noxx in hiding and offers to take him in and help him find purpose in serving the Empire under their banner. Now reformed from his life of crime and murder he uses his skills from TOC and his childhood to better serve humanity and eliminate those who would seek to threaten the empire.......
