Sloan Kahina Perez (Deceased) was born in Fisher City, Dechengh in 3265 to father Halister Perez, a Powerplant Designer for Lakon Spaceways and mother CMDR Ida Constantin (M.I.A.), an Alliance Radio Cosmologist who was deployed aboard research vessel The Lion at the time of it's disappearance in Liazeda, while investigating the Radio Anomaly of 3276.

Perez formerly served as Vice Admiral of the Leviathan Scout Regiment.

On August 9th, 3305 Vice Admiral Perez' lifeless body was discovered in her office at LSR Central Command, Daimler Ring, Diabak. Official causes of death were never confirmed, however post-mortem examination has shown traces of a synthetic toxicant of unknown manufacture in Perez' liver. Though it's effects are currently unknown, it is widely believed that Perez met her demise as a result of poisoning.
