Commander Snowsturm was born and raised in the Darkwater Station, in the Stopover System to noble parents who occupied seats for Federal government positions for the Partnership of Stopover, a Confederate Federated faction under the rule of Zachary Hudson. Local discontent began growing with the ruling policies and the bureaucratic hoops and loops that the Federation had laid through their bigoted policies for most corrective and enforcement actions that the local populace wanted to have carried over, which ultimately lead to many of the more technical and politically oriented positions to be scrapped in favor of a new kind of ruling under Luyten 347-14 Prison Colony, a severe-enforcement minded ruling with independent allegiance. These sackings included Snowsturm's parents, who quickly saw themselves shipped off the system to a penal colony, to serve administrative adverse charges, which were tried as criminal.

All this was just the beginning of this story, and what soon followed.
