Tony is the owner of the shady mobile port called Silent Watcher. A former bounty hunter, he is most often found at the controls of his old Python or Cobra. He is quiet and prefers to operate on his own, joining with others only after the Thargoid invasion started. Now he commands the Watcher to the front lines, and launches offensive missions against the alien menace.
