Description
The FNS United States, named after the last ocean liner to win the Blue Riband, serves a dual purpose. Under normal circumstances, it is a passenger liner running the mainline routes within the Inner Orion Spur. Following the Battle of HIP 22460, however, all passenger liners in Federal space can and will be used to transport troops, and for evacuating civilians from stations that have been severely damaged by Thargoid attack.
