Ship details

Originally designed purely for combat duties, Jehuty was remodelled and refitted for high-speed atmospheric racing. Its modifications were designed by a reclusive master mechanic on request by a racer pilot and the ship was hailed as a mechanical master piece back in her heyday.

After a lethal crash claimed the life of the pilot Jehuty was sold to a junk dealer who thought he could restore her with cheap parts and sell her for a profit. Unfortunately his expertise was limited and Jehuty would refuse to work with sub standard parts. Once his funds ran out he left the damaged ship under a tarp and forgot about it as his junk dealing business assets were put up for sale.

Decades later Ronin spotted the rusted and abandoned Jehuty while perusing the local scrap dealership. After learning about the ship's history from the scrap merchant Ronin decided to buy Jehuty. Ronin restored the ship by working around the original high-performance parts and modifications, which were remarkably still in good enough shape to be restored by someone who knew what they were doing.

Ronin knew at least half of what he was doing and managed to get Jehuty in working order again. Enough to win races but not even close to her glory years.

Ronin has set it upon himself to seek out and find the reclusive master who originally modified Jehuty and reunite the two.
