Description
The iEagle named for the mother of Miles Vorkosigan found its way into Commander GI Joey's fleet at an odd period in the infamous pilot's history. As he simultaneously rose through the ranks of both superpowers, historians believe Commander GI Joey began experiencing a bit of a mid-life crisis, often leaving his proud cruiser-class ships like the Yeti or the Wit docked in favor of a cheap, lightweight thrill-mobile. It was in early February of 3303 that GI Joey obtained the Imperial Eagle, dubbed 'The Cordelia Naismith,' named in homage to the hull script that adorned his Asp Explorer he flew before striking it rich. He wasted no time adding her to the Lydian Fleet as cheap, fast alternative to the expensive, hard to obtain ships that typically categorized his heyday in the bubble. Doing backroom deals with traders, smugglers, and other unsavory types to sate his need for upgrading materials, GI Joey would ultimately craft one of the fastest flying machines of his era, though he often flew it "long before she was ready."
The ship loadout is unknown.
