Description
Despite the hulls shortcomings with its distributor and power plant, the Tidebreaker carries firepower rivalling some of the best ships in Commander Reid’s fleet like the Tiderunner and Hammer Down around faster and at farther distances than the previously two mentioned ships, and with devastating results. It uses its exceptional maneuverability and speed to destroy opponents before they can land even a few shots, and should it get into a flat out brawl with another ship, has the defences to hold its own until its firepower brings down the target.
It is intended as a middle ground between the Liberator and the Tiderunner, have more armor, shields and firepower than the Liberator, but more maneuverability than the Tiderunner, allowing for an effective combination between the two.
