If the name is any indication, everything on this ship screams explorer. She's been stripped of practically everything that would hinder her in doing so, having superficial shielding and no weapons for defence; then again you don't really need to worry about pirates exploring thousands of lightyears from inhabited space. The FSD has been tuned for maximum jump range, and thanks to the weight savings she can jump nearly 50 light years; perfect for that antisocial explorer. Extra fuel tanks provide longer jogs without having to stop at a star, and a fighter and SRV bay allows scouting of planets up close.
