Description
My flagship PVP Vette which I also use for PVE to stay ready for a PVP fight to come to me.

A dakka paci rail dispcannon dragfrag shield tank beast or a hull tank depending on the threat profile, Oneesan is the big sister to my FDL Imouto.

PHILOSOPHY OF USE:
Vettes can dish and take damage as tanks and with FA off boosted reversed turns they can orbit match faster ships than any other large ship can, maintaining plenty of time on target with sustained multi fire, pacifier shotgunning and rail bank canceling.

STRENGTHS:
Pelley designed the original build to dominate 1v1 large ship fights. It also works well against mediums with enough DPS to fight multiple FDLs if they lack rail cancels to counter your banks. You'll need to focus one down quickly if they can stop your banking as it is almost impossible to evade cancel in a 1vX situation.

WEAKNESSES:
Slowness. The Vette is maneuverable but lacks straight line speed compared to the Cutter's insane boosts. This makes it hard to finish a kill if the enemy wants to run away. Chasing down kiters and disabling drives when foes flee is a job for wing mate hunter and interceptor builds like Cutters, FDLs, Kraits, Mambas, etc.

WORKAROUNDS:
Drag gives you a chance to slow people down some of the time but you can try to immobilize your foes permanently with the draghound swap-ins to nuke drives.

HOTBANKS:
Recycling specialized shield cell banks allow for banking without heat sinks, enabling 20+ bank charges to be used to sustain fighting. The key is to Always Be Banking and to do so evasively as you cannot benefit from banks you forgot to use or banks that were too easily canceled.
You can use some cooler running 5A banks with fast charge and prioritize those against opponents with rail cancel.

MAIN DPS HARDPOINTS:
2x 4A Multicannons Overcharged Incendiary to shred shields with 90% thermal damage. Go rapid fire if you want faster dakka and shorter fights or don't mind synthing a lot. Maintain time on target with maneuvers using boosted FA off reverse and watch everything turn into magic smoke.
1x 3C Pacifier Overcharged Incendiary to shred shields at point blank. This is the main finisher especially for big ship fights where you can get most fragments to hit and you want to stay as close to optimal paci range as possible or joust while maintianing dakka.

UTILITY DEBUFF HARDPOINTS:
Size 2 Imperial Hammer Long Range Feedback Cascade to nuke shield cell banks and snipe.
Size 2 Corrosive overcharged multi to debuff armor hardness for the hull killing phase and make the incendiary multis/frags work on hull.
Size 1 Drag frags or drag seekers are used to slow opponents down for ground and pound.
Size 1 Dispersal field cannon turrets counter gimbles.

OPTIONAL SWAP-INS:
Swap size 2 corrosive multi for a second long range feedback imperial hammer against shield cutters or vettes as the banks need the extra cancel power.
Swap size 2 corrosive multi for emissive multis to counter cold stealth builds especially torps/miners in organic.
Swap size 1 drag frag for drag seekers. Seeker version offers module sniping to take out drives and power plants at the cost of countermeasurability, ammo and DPS.
Swap most shield cell banks with hull reinforcement packages if you're getting mostly reverb cascade harassment.
Swap a size 5 HRP for a Fighter Bay Hangar
