Description
Pilot's Federation Starship Minerva.

Batch commissioned with eleven other Anaconda class ships in 3297 by the Federation during one of the many hot points in the ongoing cold war with the Empire and completed in mid 3298 under the name Intrigue, she was quickly mothballed and deactivated from service within months of completion during the corresponding cooling down of tensions with the Empire.

Cut from the Federal Navy, she was quickly sold as a security and transport vessel to an up-and-coming hydrogen fuel syndicate in 3299. She served as the CEO's private vessel under the name Gunrunner for a number of years, where her formidable presence served to extend the company's influence across a number of systems. When the syndicate was inevitably bought out by mega-corporation Sirius Inc. in 3301, she was relocated to Ray Gateway, in the Diaguandri system.

She remained as a fixture in the station security force at Ray Gateway until the end of 3302. Budget concerns led to fleet downsizing, and the station could no longer afford to outfit a shiny new Anaconda class vessel. She was placed on the market early 3303, and quickly purchased by a private buyer. She was stripped down, rebuilt from the ground up, and rechristened with her current name PFS Minerva. She now serves as a long range research and exploration vessel en route to the Formidine Rift.
The ship loadout is unknown.
