The Kaitakusha, meaning Pioneer in Japanese, is my exploration ship. I purchased it for the initial purpose of my very first long-term expedition into deep space, past the Pleiades. Served for many years, taking me to the California nebula, Barnard’s loop, to the alien ruins in Synuefe, to the Lagoon Nebula, to the Trifid nebula, and back. Was retired and ultimately stored for good in the Lave system in October 2019, where it has remained since, battered and worn, but still a fine vessel which has served me well.
