The Vahana originally resembled a typical Trade Vessel design, although one with optimized protection.
Offering only very limited offensive firepower, the Vessel was naturally not intended to conduct Combat but to rapidly egress from any such encounters instead.

After its conversion into a Carrier Support Vessel in Jun 3306, the Vahana was assigned to perform minor Carrier Resupply or limited On/Offloading tasks.
In line with common CSV philosophy, its Design was significantly hardened and its limited offensive potential was optimized.
