Предназначен для военных конфликтов высокой сложности, в случаях, когда необходимо своим ходом прибыть в систему конфликта, или перемещаться между системами. Он оборудован ускорителем FSD и топливозаборником, и способен выполнять гипер-переходы на расстояние до 40 световых лет.
Основу огневой мощи Стрелы составляют пять пучковых лазеров, так же есть автопушка с коррозийными снарядами для поддержки работы по корпусу противника, и лазерные турели с отключающей сеткой.
