The X-71 Hyperbolt, the latest addition to the Indigo Nightfall fleet, quickly met an unfortunate end on the day of purchase. Like its predecessor, the Tensorflow, it was destroyed at Jameson Memorial in the Shinrarta Dezhra system due to severe mailslot congestion, where multiple commanders struggled to maneuver in and out, resulting in a jam that led to the destruction of three ships, including the Hyperbolt.
Designed for efficient Bubble transport, the Hyperbolt boasts an impressive 78 LY jump range—just 4 LY shy of the Anaconda X-47 "Systemic". It’s equipped with a G5-engineered, extended-range Frame Shift Drive with Mass Manager, G5 Lightweight Sensors, and a G5 Detailed Surface Scanner, enhancing both range and versatility. Its G3-engineered thrusters, tuned with Dirty Drives and Drag modifications, enable a glide speed of 410 mps and boost up to 520 mps.
While not CMDR Arox Leonski's flagship, the Hyperbolt remains the commander’s most frequently used vessel in the fleet.
