My current take on a vulture fit for RES/CZ/Bounty Hunting, still needs testing :
- Maxed-up agility (ok, maybe 0.6T extra-mass, but I could hardly do better)
- descent firepower
- descent shields,
- descent armor
- poor jump capability
- no cargo capacity
