Description
My first named ship, configured for exploration exclusively, the ship I made the LONG trek to Colonia in. ZERO engineering. I initially made my home port in Colonia Dream, and I gradually took to upgrading her with some firepower and other enhancements to serve in salvage and scanning role. Although my fleet has grown and changed over the past couple of years, I consider The Ceti Fox my "first love". For a couple of years since, I took her out to use in moderately safe salvage and scanning roles. But given that she is oldest ship in my fleet--literally, since I have yet to be forced to rebuild her--I've decided to place her into semi-retirement. I'll only fly her when I'm really nostalgic and I can be assured I won't be putting her at risk. I have purchased another DBX--The Ceti Fox II--to use in the roles I had modified the original for.
