Quite possibly having undergone the most retrofits than any other ship in the fleet, the Terminus II has once again switched roles. Formerly a bulk freighter, research vessel, and a ship for commerce raiding, its recent role and design revisions have geared the ship for better damage output, but with less defensive and sustainable damage capabilities compared to the Tartarus.
While the other large ships (Tartarus & Pandemonium) cover the role of facing CMDRs from the Pilots Federation, the Terminus II serves its role in patrolling around the savage black seas against small-time, non-PF pilots and their lightly equipped ships.
