[Astoni Merchant Fleet Apiary Six]:
Nicknamed "Apiary Six" by its crew for being capable of launching six collector drones simultaneously. The A-6CD-10RB is a medium-sized mining freighter. Capable of docking in outposts and carrying 192T of cargo with 10 refinery bins, all while having enough room for other modules - this makes the Python an ideal mining vessel for the AMF.
Lightly armed with three C3G Pulse Lasers, the ship is capable of engaging hostile vessels in combat and defending itself from small-scale piracies. While having a measly 290-300 MJ of deflecting power with three A0 Shield Boosters, an A3 SCB and chaff launcher were added into its arsenal to compensate in the case of a forced, prolonged combat situation.
The AMF Apiary Six was operational in HIP 93377, one of the more dangerous extraction systems in the AMF's routes, where pirate and criminal alike are free to reign due to a lawless, anarchistic goverment.
Currently, the ship is docked in the system of the Pilots Federation.
