Description
The Hiryu-Class Heavy Cruiser is one of three Warships of the Studio's Fleet. The others being Atago and the planned Amagi-Class Battlecruiser.

Developed from the Anaconda in 3297 and finally finished in 3302, the Hiryu-Class is specifically retrofitted for long range trade and combat sorties. The Frame-Shift Drive is heavily modified to give the Hiryu a longer jump range than a standard Anaconda, and it's thrusters are modified to provided extra agility when needed.
