Well I got to Khun to square away some personal business and get some ship engineering done.Not much to say other then I'll be here for while I guess.
Reports are all over the net that the bubble has a virulent outbreak which is effecting nearly every system. Everyone is being quarantined and all movement is being monitored.
So I've been here sitting around on my backside for months now in total. I was ready to get out of here nearly 6 weeks ago but I cannot get a clearance.
Governments and local authorities seem to be making as best an effort as they can but in certain large sectors, the coordination and communication seems terribly poor, especially among the so called unions of states ... there sure doesn't appear to be much union. Some of the leadership is laughable were it not quite so serious.
There's somewhere near a 4% death rate and it's hitting those worse who already have some respiratory illness and weakened immune systems. So older folks need to take great care. Hope my family are going to make it through. I have regular comms with them and the network seems to be holding up to the increased load overall.
Anyway, safe well, safe and healthy out there. If you need to help someone, do ... but take precautions yourself to avoid picking this bug up.
