Been in the Pleiades Sector HR-W d1-41 since the Thargoids had attacked the station. People are still wanting to get off the station and to what they seem to think safety. I am trying to supply to the station basic meds but the whole sector has been hit hard. Lots of stations have been attacked and those that have not are near bust due to a lack of commerce. The business side of me needs to make money, but out here that option is dwindling and so my eyes are starting to turn back towards the bubble. Then I walk the streets of the station and see in the faces of the people hope and desperation which tugs at my own humanity to stay and try to bring them aid from which ever place I can find.
On the news the pirate group known as the Ant Hill Mob are making a move due to the instability of the region, typical scum bags trying to cash in on those people who have been hit the hardest. Just the other day I spaced one of them for trying to start up a protection racket on Malthus Terminal.
I may just head back to the civilized space to buy a Python and outfit it for long hauls to and from the bubble I may get better deals and a more stable route. The Type 7 (Space Whale) is a nice ship but I need an upgrade. Or I can just go and do some bounty hunting and space some more pirates. Either way I will be helping out here.
