Rumor of rich material veins

I came across some interesting news today in the local bar.Someone has apparently come across rich elemental material veins about 1500Ly out of the bubble in the Sanguineous Rim.
Given that my own supplies had been running low from my recent fleet expansion, I figure it will be worth a trip out there into the black again to replenish them.
