It all started as some kind of passive aggressive, guerilla style covert operation. I was supposed to infiltrate the "evil" Empire, slowly win favour with the various Lords and Barons, and when the opportunity arose, steal their superior technology. But how things have changed! My short but sweet time with this wonderful society has shifted my views. Changed my perspectives. Permanently.Sure - there's the hedonistic temptations, the promise of a luxurious lifestyle, surrounded by beautiful, intelligent and elegant people. But there is so much more to it than that. My eyes have truly been opened. The Federation are a dirty collection of corrupt corporatist conglomerates. They talk of freedom, of peace and prosperity but in reality they are the absolute opposite. From this day forth, I shall no longer support these disgusting capitalist pigs.
I think this is what being on the good side of gentrification feels like. Amongst the Imperial rule, I feel so happy, so free to do whatever I please. A true utopia. And what is the point of living if you can't have a little bit of fun?
