The Travellers' Association and "Through Orion"

Together with my friend, Commander Cervidian, I set up and founded the Travellers' Association (TAS). It will not only provide a network and platform for projects of individual Commanders, but also stage coordinated endeavors to promote independent space faring. The whole idea actually began during the Distant World 2 expedition when I was visiting Sagittarius A* while the Thargoids reinforced their assaults and us humans had nothing better to do than heating up old political quarrels.
TAS turned into a concrete project about a year later, born from disappointment and the desire to create a respectful, independent community of space travellers. It also happened in a bar.
I have now taken control of the Nautilus-Class Fleet Carrier "The Weary Traveller" which, together with the "Karwan Serai", represents our administrative center and mobile base. Both carriers though remain the property of the individual Commander while officially serving TAS endeavors.
The Weary Traveller also houses the Wayfarer Science Group, and will be conducting a series of experiments mainly focused on the Orion Cluster and the Pleiades within the next week. For that purpose, and as kind of a maiden voyage for TAS, and me as the carrier's Captain, I decided to open The Weary Traveller for passengers in order to join us visiting these extremely interesting places.
I made it an official event called "Through Orion", which successfully started yesterday, arriving at the first waypoint, Rigel.
