VLDREV Evaluations

Eostre, while being a wonderfully beautiful ship, is not acceptable for my requirements for my Very Large Deep Range Exploration Vessel. I am now evaluating Cybele's Reverie, a Beluga, for the role. So far, it is doing everything well that the Cutter does not; adequate heat management, better supercruise handling, better jump range. It only lacks in aesthetics. I've taken it out to unlock the Trident guardian fighter and it performed well. I believe it will be this ship that I take on the upcoming Apollo Anniversary commemorative expedition.
I had originally named it the Strange Angel, but I believe this name is better suited to a combat ship rather than an exploration vessel, so I have re-christened it Cybele's Reverie.
I have temporarily refitted the Nestor Makhno for deep-core mining, which will be a good use of my time until the next expedition.
After the conclusion of this expedition, I will be returning to Colonia. It is my intention to dismantle Golden Apple and Cybele's Reverie, and have their components shipped to Pedersen's Legacy. It will take considerable funding, but I will overcome the lack of A-rated modules in the Colonia region.
My means of transport back to Colonia will, therefore, be the Nestor Makhno.
