Finally, a justification for owning a Cutter

I now-- finally-- have a justification for owning a Cutter: A resupply vessel for damaged stations. Let's face it-- the Cutter is the epitome of the phrase "lipstick on a pig." It's pretty, it has great straight-line speed and it's cavernous, but it takes days to turn in regular space and years to turn in supercruise, and its engineered jump range isn't just unimpressive-- it stinks. So it can't fight, it can't explore, can't mine, what's the point? Short range haulage, that's what. I called up the pawn broker and had them haul my Cutter out of hock. After a fresh coat of galvanized malachite, I rechristened it the MEC Guanyin, after the goddess of mercy. This thing will reside permanently in the bubble and exist primarily as a resupply ship for damaged stations with a secondary role as a responder for distress calls. So there. I now have the Big Three in my fleet.
