Nebula Ahoy!

At 16:52, 15th May 3302 I arrived at the boundary of the Lagoon Nebula. The system that drew my attention right away was NGC 6530 CDZ 115 due mostly to the size of the primary star. Despite that, I was still surprised to drop out some 90LS from the star and still have it fill the window...I'm still practicing with the exterior camera but here are a couple of pictures I think came out pretty well:
I'm particularly fond of that one!
My plan is to map as many systems out here as I can - which means scanning ALL astronomical objects I encounter. Given that it's going to take at least a week or so to get back to the Bubble I want to make the most of being here in the Lagoon Nebula as I can.
