Journey to Jaques Station

09 Oct 2016Ysenm
I've already been here a day. The rumors were true; Colonia is bustling with activity, but not much to do out here for a retired trade pilot. On my way, I saw many sights and saw so many stars that aren't visible in the bubble.

I came across something very strange. I had always imagined a place like this in the galaxy, but until yesterday, had only dreamed about it.

One B-Class star, one Earth-like planet. Nothing else. I scanned both. I'm hoping that by turning in this data, it'll invoke more seasoned explorers than myself, and maybe even the science community at large to take a look at this system and figure out how this planet was fortunate enough to develop into what it is now. And who knows, maybe there's something more special about it? It's about 874 light years from Jaques, which is pretty close given the distance to the bubble, but it wouldn't be a bad place to start the expansion of Colonia. But I'm no scientist; I've no idea where to begin.

One thing is for sure, this place has the prospect to become something great. It's attracted a lot of great pilots. Let's hope the wrong ones don't find any interest here.
