CMND Log 008: Eurybia

Going over my books and I made a nice little pile of creds on this League of Reparation situation. At the end of it all I picked up my bonuses and retreated back to Eurybia to think about my next move. Media is filled with back slapping and handshakes about the conclusion of the campaigns but not much in the way of real information about the League's current operational capacity. I'm willing to bet that they don't even know if this whole campaign hurt anything. LoR was suppose to be a super secret clandestine terrorist organization, but the ships we flew against where just regular system defense stock. I just don't buy that this large secret organization happened to also have fleets of snub-fighters floating around. This smells more like a show of force than anything, especially when top admirals were found out to be "in on" the League. They just sent us out to kill some people so everyone can sleep at night.
But, that's enough politics out of me. I'm going to stay planet-side at Demo Unlimited for a week and change.
