There is a tiny pair of wonky, rocky ice moons near Beta Site. It should be possible to find silicate vapour geysers down there but I don't really hold out much hope. I shall mess about for a while though, you never know your luck.

There were issues with comm links during the mass jump today. Seemed like most of us jumped together though.

Once again I used telepresence to join up with Fighter Club back in the core. I've put the full story of our adventures in Teorge in a separate journal entry as things got pretty weird back there. But here are some pics of the ships I was flying fighter support for.
I have to say that the Krait Mk2 is growing on me. As a crew member I had a view almost as good as I'd get from my Type 9 with excellent vision forward, up, between my feet and off to one side. Compared to the prisoner's view you get from the crew seats in an Anaconda I was quite impressed. I shall have to try the pilots seat sometime. I've been thinking it would be nice to have a fighter bay on expeditions like this. And if I can offer good seats to pilots with commitments back in the bubble then all the better.

Very early. Don't need to be here until Sunday. But I think I'm going to take a full day off from flying tomorrow. Got a new VRG, Summer automobiling in Olde Englande. That's on Earth, before the federation. I think Englande still exists but I'm not sure. Maybe I'll cozy up to the Feds and get a Sol permit some day.
