And I reached my destination: the Witch Head Nebula. It was only around six jumps, and then I was there. But, sadly, I had selected a random system, and I noticed that the system didn't have any planets.
So I jumped to some other systems, looking for landable planets. I visited a habitated system, but I didn't want to get interrupted by random pirates. However, just the next system was perfect. The nebula was stretching over the whole sky. Stunning! I landed on a planet and mined some minerals. Then I realised my fuel tank to have only fifty percent fuel left. I sent my ship into orbit and I decided to spend the night in my SRV. Some blankets and it will work.
However, there are some major news. Logan called me today at lunch, and apparently we did expand. The system's name is Psi Octantis. Hooray, it's pronouncable! But, certainly, there'll be a war. The other factions are preparing for fight, so I think the war may start on Sunday. I might be back until then, if I hurry.
The drone worked pretty well and I took some breath-taking pictures. I may post them, but I guess nobody will see them.
