Recently it has been established that we are facing a numerically large force, that has been threatening our sector, around the Chi-1 Hydrae system. I have personally gathered this report to create a picture of events that have led us down this forlorn path. The beginning of this fiasco started when our space was invaded by the wider community. Our little section of stars is centralized near all of the most major zones of travel yet we hardly get a large quantity of commander interference. However a goal for the wider community caused that to shift drastically. A previously permit locked system had opened up and gone to war. Jupiter Division had fought with Silver Legal Group over the meager system and caused the space-lanes to be swelled with traffic. The battle ended with Jupiter Division winning the war for the system. This was an outcome that had repercussions we did not see coming.
Not long after Jupiter Division had won the system we tried to move in just to have a stepping stone to more assets. This did not come about however seeing that we were not allowed to expand into the system. We did however see new factions pop up within the permit locked systems special security bubble. This is when the attacks began on our assets. That is what had lead us to this moment, and to the commander Daiyousei7. I wish to speak with this commander and have reached out as I post this report to the public. Jupiter Security Division continues to prod at our systems and I would like to get the context of why. The Chi-1 Hydrae system is only a stepping stone and assets could be used to much greater effect elsewhere. Studies of the pilot have shown they have been frantically searching for one known as Jupiter Rochester. I do not know the name myself and will do further research. However it might just be a cover for some deeper sadistic plot. Again I reinstate, this is my report and I must go down every possible route. I hope that a peaceful conclusion will come soon. I tire of the war that gains our people nothing. War brings so much death to IPG and we only wish to spread the good word of life.
